Recently the Government of Ontario made announcements that some legislative changes are in the works. Here’s a quick overview:
Pay transparency laws will soon require employers to publicly include expected wages in job postings. Another stipulation will also include the disclosure of use of artificial intelligence (AI) during the hiring process.
